PET STAY FAQ

Yes, we welcome pets at Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua and stay in our designated pet-friendly room. Only registered pets are allowed to stay in the hotel. You may review our Pet Policy for specific details and any restrictions on this link.

Guests are allowed to bring up to two (2) pets per room.

Yes, there is a Pet Fee of Php 2,500 nett per stay per pet. This fee covers the following inclusions:

  • Access to the pet playground (Pet Qube) located on the 11th floor.
  • Pet bed or Litter box and pet food bowl
  • Complimentary chew toy

We allow domesticated dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and birds. Other types of pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. No exotic, endangered, or wild animals are allowed in the hotel premises. Please contact us at (+632

Yes. Pet owners must present an updated Vaccination Card upon check-in. All pets must be clean, well-groomed, and free of fleas and ticks. Pets should not have been sick in the last 72 hours. Guests are responsible for providing all necessary equipment for their pet’s upkeep and feeding.

The check-in and check-out procedures are the same for all guests. Please notify the Front Desk if you have a pet so we can provide you with the Pet Registration Form and the necessary information and a copy of our pet policy and amenities.

No, we don’t have size and weight restrictions as long as the pets are well-behaved and comply with our requirements. We value all kinds of pets, knowing they are part of the family.

We provide pet beds, food, and water bowls upon arrival. Additionally, there is a designated pet playground (Pet Qube) located on the 11th floor where your pets can play with their owner’s supervision.

Yes, pets are allowed in all areas such as the lobby, outdoor spaces (view deck and poolside), and restaurant, as long as they’re on a leash or in a carrier. The only restriction is that pets are not allowed in the pool. A fine of Php 5,000 will be incurred if they swim.

Yes, Large dogs must be on a leash and all dogs and cats must be wearing their diaper while in public areas of the hotel for the safety of all.

Yes, we can recommend local veterinarians, pet hospitals, pet groomers, and pet-sitting services. Please inquire at the front desk for more information.

Please ensure that your pet is well-behaved and does not disturb other guests. If your pet causes excessive noise or disturbance, you may be asked to make alternative arrangements.

Our Housekeeping Team follows a thorough Cleaning Protocol for pet-friendly rooms, including the use of pet-safe cleaning products and additional deep-cleaning procedures after each pet stay.

Please contact the Front Desk for immediate assistance. We have cleaning supplies available and can arrange for additional housekeeping services if needed. Corresponding fees will be charged for damages
