Email confirmation will be sent within 2 days from date of sending the proof of payment.
Note: The cardholder must be one of the staying guests. Proof of booking confirmation, a valid government-issued ID and the BDO Card provided in booking reservation are required to be shown during check-in.

- Discount Awarding:
a. To avail of the discounted room rate, Cardholder must be among the staying guests and use his/her
Eligible Card to pay for the total amount of transaction through a BDO Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal
or Scan to Pay via BDO Pay or payment link from Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua.
b. Discounts will be applied on total bill before applicable taxes and service charges.
c. Standard cancellation, rebooking and pet policies apply.
d. The full payment is required upon check in and must be processed using a qualified BDO Card.
Terms and Conditions
- The Offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua. In the purchase of goods and services which have the promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is more favorable.
- Discount awarded is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- Unsuccessful card transactions (i.e. Eligible Card cannot be used to pay for the booking transaction for whatever reason) will not entitle the Cardholder to the offer. Payment using any non-Eligible Card or in cash is not allowed.
- For concerns on Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua’s products and/or services, you may reach out to the Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua’s customer support via (02) 8888 6686 or 0917 5322252.
- BDO will handle promo related complaints within 7 to 10 banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase and other supporting documents. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted not later than December 30, 2026, after which all matters relating to the Promo are considered conclusive.
- For the BDO Cardholder’s protection, the card details and personal information shall always be kept secured. Please note that the BDO Cardholder’s Card number, PIN, OTP or any card information shall not be sent by e-mail, text or call.
- The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and use of BDO Credit Cards and Debit Cards, and BDO Pay.
- In case of questions or disputes related to the promo and the Terms and Conditions of said promo, the same shall be resolved and/or subject to the final decision of Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua and BDO, with DTI consent.
