Maritess A. I.2024-04-11It was easy booking via email & phone. Welcoming reception staffs. Clean comfortable rooms with good air conditioning units. Swimming pool is clean & also kid friendly. Restaurant well interiorly done, good tasting food but only limited selections on the menu. Domestic staffs are also helpful.

Mark L.2024-04-07My fiancee and I recently stayed at Novotel Acqua and had a mixed experience. Here's a breakdown of our stay: 1. Room: The room was impressive, with a modern look and a fresh scent that suggested it was newly renovated. 2. Technology: Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the TV set not mirroring our iPhones, which was a bit inconvenient. 3. View: The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the viewing deck. It was truly stunning and added value to our overall experience. 4. Service: Regrettably, the service by the staff, particularly at the restaurant, was a significant letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to slow and unresponsive service. We felt ignored and even received incorrect orders at one point, which was frustrating. The chaos during breakfast was particularly disappointing. 5. Facilities: While the hotel boasted amenities like a swimming pool, we found it to be too small and shallow for our liking. We hope that Novotel considers allowing paying guests access to the lap pool at The Peeble nearby, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience for swimmers. Overall, my stay at Novotel had its highs and lows. While the room was commendable, the disappointing service detracted from the overall experience. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues to ensure a more enjoyable stay for future guests.
